This procurement is to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of plant hire services with qualified operators. This framework will support operational requirements primarily for the Highways team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of essential works.
The framework will cover the hire of various plant and equipment with operators, including but not limited to:
JCBs and similar excavators
Hydraulic breakers
6-wheeled and 8-wheeled tipper trucks
Other plant machinery as required for highways…
