Wirral Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced providers for the provision of (Lot 1) Accommodation-Based Housing Related Support Services and (Lot 2) Controlled Drinking Environment (CDE) providing a safe and monitored indoor space to support street drinkers to control or reduce their alcohol intake.
