The provision of Block Booked beds within Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent locality for the sole use of Staffordshire County Council to provide residential children’s home placements within a registered children’s homes setting. Homes are required to either be solo homes or a maximum bed size of 3, of which all beds will for the sole use of Staffordshire County Council.
