Havant Borough Council (HBC) is seeking to procure a new Case Management System to cover a number of the Council’s regulatory services which are supplied by legacy systems (Acolaid and Lalpac); both of which are hosted in a datacentre. These systems include modules for: Environmental Health; Licencing and; Grants.
