The City of Edinburgh Council (The Council) is seeking to procure up to 6 contractors under a Framework Agreement for the delivery and installation of kitchen and bathroom units in tenanted and void council owned housing stock across the city for a period of 4 years. It is anticipated that the volume of installations will be 500 – 1500 per annum
