Lancashire County Council invited tenders to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Specialist Road Line Marking Removal across Lancashire. The requirement is split into 2 Lots:
Lot 1 – Removal of road line marking with the use of shot blasting and scabbler
Lot 2 – Removal of road line marking with the use of hydro blasting
