The University of Leicester wishes to enter into contract(s) for the provision of planned and reactive maintenance services of the University’s ventilation and cooling systems. The procurement is split into 3 lots, lot 1 for ventilation systems maintenance, lot 2 for cooling systems maintenance and the third for a ‘one-stop-shop’ combined bid for ventilation and cooling. The University will award contracts for lot 1 and 2, or 3.
