3.1.4 Major adaptations are works varying in their nature but the predominant type is the installation of wet rooms. Other work types could include:
(a) Specialist WC installation;
(b) Door widening;
(c) Level access works;
(d) Adapted kitchens;
(e) Management of lift installations.
