The City of Liverpool College is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to undertake a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Asset Capture survey across five college sites, with the development of an associated Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) planner. This work will support statutory compliance, informed asset management, and preparation for future CAFM system integration.
