The provision of:
Responsive Maintenance including emergency (including significant and emergency hazards) callouts arising during the working day
Out-of-Hours Emergency Works,
Minor Adaptations,
Void Property Works including major Component Renewals
Inspections,
Planned Preventative Maintenance, to include but is not limited to scheme repainting, gutter cleaning, and all associated or incidental tasks, whether expressly stated or otherwise required.
