Myriad Housing, a subsidiary of Chelmer Housing Partnership, is seeking a contractor to design and build 20 residential units together with parking, landscaping and associated works, including refurbishing of the existing Grade II Listed Granary Barn.
The site is located at East Bay Mill in Colchester.
Bidders are advised that the latest ‘start-on-site’ date is 15 May 2023 to comply with current planning permission.
