This service will provide a variety of community programs, including rehabilitation, social activities, education, leisure, employment preparation, community skills, and recovery initiatives for adults aged 18 and over, across the county in response to demonstrated needs, in collaboration with the Community Mental Health Transformation Programme and as part of Cornwall’s broader integrated care system for mental health services.
