The provision of Non-Emergency Patients Transport (including HDU vehicles) and Shuttle Bus services for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and associated sites, The Royal Marsden Hospital and associated sites (including the Institute of Cancer Research). The process will be run as a Competitive Procedure with Negotiation where the Authority has the option to negotiate defined elements in stages 3 and 4 of the process.
