Norfolk County Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to prepare an Energy Plan for Norfolk and Suffolk. The successful consultant will be expected to work closely with Norfolk and Suffolk County Councils in the preparation of the Energy Plan,
alongside engaging with a range of other key stakeholders.
