NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of North Lanarkshire ADP, wish to commission an organisation(s) who as the lead provider(s) will work alongside the North ADP to provide an overdose response and assertive outreach team that will operate to reduce harm, save lives and improve access to treatment and care by providing key interventions to prevent drug-related deaths.
