A maintenance & support contract is required to ensure the Computer Aided Dispatch mobilising system continues to provide NIFRS with a means of mobilising resources to emergency incidents.
The support contract includes maintenance and support of all hardware and software, together with Windows, Oracle and application licences. This contract is vital to ensure NIFRS can maintain an effective response to emergencies.
