Antrim and Newtownabbey Policing and Community Safety Partnership (herein referred to as the PCSP) invites you to consider these Terms of Reference to provide the information and support required to supply a Community Safety Wardens Scheme in Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough 2022-2025 to deliver a highly visible, directed foot patrol service to discourage crime, low-level disorder, anti-social behaviour.
