Durham County Council (“the Council”) for and on behalf of Sedgefield Community College (“the College”) are facilitating this procurement exercise. It will be the College that enters
into the proposed agreement with the successful bidder.
The Catering Services will be delivered at the College site.
The College is a secondary school which is part of the Laidlaw Schools Trust and is located south of the City of Durham.
