Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to carry out power washing and other specialised cleaning across the Council’s Estate for the period of 15 April 2025 to 30 April 2028 with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 24 months, subject to review and performance. These properties will be located within the Council Borough area.
