NWSSP on behalf of all NHS organisations in Wales seeks to establish a contract for Professional Services (in the case of Lots 1&2
Chartered Surveyor professional services) to support the 2023 Non-domestic Rating Revaluation. A consultant is required to establish full
rating assessment details for each Health Board and/or Trust property and undertake a rating survey of each site and manage the whole
appeals process on behalf of these organisations.
