approved Concessionaires for the provision of services in respect of Debt Recovery and
Certified Enforcement Services for the following:
Council Tax Debt
National Non Domestic Rates Debt (NNDR)
Business Improvement District Levy Debt (BIDS)
Commercial Rents Debt
Other sundry debts, as required
