The maintenance of the equipment and software is to include:
• Routine maintenance and inspections
• Fault management
• The replacement of, or repair to, parts which have failed or been damaged by fair wear and tear or by faulty manufacture or maintenance.
• Response to and rectification of reported faults
• Maintenance of an Asset Register
• Full software support and software upgrades
