The purpose of the procurement is to source a qualified and experienced Oil Spill Response Specialist (the OSR Specialist) to provide advice to the Maritime & Coastguard Agency (MCA, Agency, or Authority) in relation to technical matters, industry engagement and requirements drafting related to the replacement of the MCAs Aerial Dispersant Spray Service.
