“The contract appoints Lumensol Limited to provide strategic consultancy support to the Housing Directorate’s Quality and Investment (Q&I) service. The consultancy covers three workstreams:
a review of the major works capital programme;
specialist procurement support to clear the housing procurement backlog; and
an extension of the Interim Director of Quality & Investment role to provide leadership, improve capital programme delivery, strengthen asset management, and support regulatory compliance.”
