It is the intention of the Client to appoint a Principal Contractor to take the designs identified in Appendix A and attached to the ITT
through to completion and to accept the full design liability for the project
During any works it must be stressed that all areas around the site will remain live and the protection of non-construction personnel is
of the highest priority.
