Supply of Building Management System (BMS) to new plantroom.
The supplier are a local specialist company who manufacture the control panel required for the proposed plantroom.
HBC uses the Supplier’s BMS and we have a service agreement with them for the various Council properties throughout the Borough.
The window of opportunity to carry out the works is very tight and the works need to be carried out before March 31st 2026.
