The Authority operates a Civic Amenity Site for the disposal of waste from members of the public – Household Waste and Recycling Centre (HWRC). This site requires continuous supply of diesel for the operation of heavy plan and the generator for electric in the site hut and the Authority requires a Supplier to supply and deliver fuel every 2 weeks to Buckingham Hill road Household Waste and Recycling Centre to Linford HWRC to ensure continuous supply.
