he Council on behalf of the City of Newcastle, Regional Traffic Signals Group (RTSG) has a requirement to establish a Multiple Lot Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of Traffic Signal Equipment and Associated Products. These are required to fulfil our obligations to provide traffic signal design, installation and maintenance services and Urban Traffic Control (UTC) operation to local authorities across North East England.
