Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council (from now on known as LCCC) is currently responsible for: o 13 no. off-street car parks for public use. o Carparks, access roads, and access paths to LCCC facilities. • As part of this responsibility LCCC proposes to provide a winter service. LCCC seeks to engage a suitably competent Contractor to fulfil this requirement.
