Overview:
Bedford Borough Council has awarded a contract to deliver comprehensive maintenance services across our temporary accommodation property portfolio to HCR Limited. This includes both owned and leased properties—currently totalling 137 units, with plans to expand to 321 by 2028.
Scope of Services:
The successful contractor(s) will be expected to provide:
Full maintenance services
Compliance and statutory inspections
Responsive and planned repairs
Ad hoc works as required
