This contract comprises the following Works/ Services provision to various Falkirk Councils Properties: –
(a) The six-monthly inspection, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems (both hard wired and wireless).
(b) The six-monthly inspection, servicing, and maintenance of intruder alarm systems.
(c) Renewal of batteries, etc as required.
(d) For both the fire and intruder alarm systems a 2-hour emergency call out service is to be provided 24 hours a day, seven days…
