The provision of Permanent and Temporary Works in connection with maintenance of former colliery sites including former colliery surface operational areas spoil tips and spoil tips previously subject to reclamation within the geographical boundaries of Caerphilly County Borough Council. Works are to include earthworks, drainage and other ancillary works as remedial measures.
