LUPC, acting as the Consortium, worked with the other Universities Purchasing Consortia (UPC) listed below, and their respective Member Institutions, to establish a National Framework Agreement for the Provision of Waste Management Services (Sustainable) across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
