The Council is seeking Lead Consultant working with an artist or collective of artists, consultants and contractor to design, manufacture and install a series of permanent artworks within Westvale Park’s Riverside Green Chain.
The permanent artworks may include a variety of forms, which may include, but not be limited to:

• Land art, which might include using natural materials like stone, earth or wood that integrate into the environment.
